Service excellent, selection outstanding and fair prices. I was only bothered by the amount of merchandise in the aisle made maneuvering my cart difficult. Was impressed when an employee followed me out to my car and help me load my merchandise, which I wouldn't have been able to do without him.

I am a veteran with a flip phone. I can only receive the veteran's discount if I order on line. Often when I go to a hardware store I am not sure of everything I am going to buy.I urge all veterans, with or without a smart phone, to shop at Loews where you show your ID and walk out with the discount. ACE offers a discount also without a hassle.HD thanks us for our service then denies us a discount.

Won't be buying anything here again. Bought a washer and lid lock doesn't work and service tech came out. Called because clothes were soak and wet after wash ( all 4 loads) unfortunately I am stuck with it because the time constraints on returns. I couldn't get it worked on immediately due to waiting for a tech. Good by Home Depot and hello Lowe's. I suggest a change in policy. My washer was new and had issues from the start. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HOME DEPOT IN THE FUTURE.

We recently moved back to the area and stopped in to grab some blinds for our new home. Our experience was exceptional and all of the staff members went above and beyond. We've been returning to shop here a couple times a month ever since.This is by far our favorite place to find affordable items we need for our home, and we also love checking out their plant section! If you love plants, they have a great assortment of houseplants, cacti, and succulents at excellent prices.The customer service here is phenomenal and we are super impressed by how friendly and helpful every employee single employee has been. All of the employees are very knowledgeable about their products and have always helped us with any questions we've had. We usually end up chatting with the employees because they are so friendly and kind.A message to management - Please keep getting new plants and lots of planters in stock! We have been loving your plant assortment the past few months :)

Great place. They did 3 floor installations for me over the years. All perfectly done. Great customer service. The managers really do try to help out. I have never had a negative experience here.

Usually always a good experience shopping here. Today, we noticed something that was just plain wrong. We were looking at the cacti, you know, the little ones for about five or six bucks. They usually have little blossoms on them anywhere we've seen them, but at the Depot, the colors were a little off from the usual. Upon further inspection of these unusually vibrant blossoms, I found why they seemed different. The flowers were glued to a plain cactus! Very tacky. I would expect this from a flea market, not a reputable garden center.
