Pay 1300 bucks for new tires and they don't even have the dececency to clean the grease off the wheels from the tire machine. Left small scratches in them too. I'll be contacting corporate or whoever i need to. I've been through too much dealing with this vehicle this is unacceptable

I make an appointment, show up on time, and there is always an issue. They can never fit me in with an appointment. Or they alway have an issue that has nothing to do with me. I travel for work and make appointments to make sure my car staying in good working condition. I will never come here again. Whoever owned this makes a bad name for the corporation.

I had a tire that kept going flat on my trip, and I stopped at Goodyear to have them look at it. They got me in and out in about 90 mins. Great service and a good price for replacing a valve stem and rebeading the tire. Thanks so much!

Worst place to go to for a car repair. Went in for an oil change and for some reason they were looking at my wheels. They said my ball joint was broken and ut would take 800 to fix. I knew that was wrong

I usually get my oil changes here. Great price and they get me in and out in about 30 minutes.

I had just bought a brand new electric scooter, but I was having trouble pumping up the rear tire. It was too tight to get a pump on the valve and I tried many different pumps. I decided to stop here and in five minutes they got it all pumped up for me. Free of charge. I appreciate how helpful they were, and I will be back in the future for any repairs on my car tires.

I don’t like this place because of the manager because he clearly telling me lies as I had made error appointment disgusting manager if he don’t want to do than he should have tell the truth as we aren’t going anybody suggestion for company hire a good manger to pick up the call and make for appointment

Went there to get my oil changed, the sign says 29.95 that's a lie! It went from that to 86.00 to get a oil change ,they charged 49.54 for the oil and 23.45 for labor ,l will never go there again !!! Rip off!!!

i’ve thought a lot about posting this review, and though the manager Howard tried somewhat to rectify the unfortunate customer service I received in the beginning of my service, ( simply by being more polite) it is beyond rectifying without accountability. I came in Goodyear today for a wheel alignment. Not only have I been a loyal customer to Boardman Goodyear, so has my mother and my grandmother. To make a long story short, the customer service from this new management has sullied the good name of Boardman Goodyear in my humble opinion…Because I had a question about signing something prior to knowing the price of the alignment, (not knowing I was just signing in until after this egregious interaction) or when I received my last alignment because it has been within six months, the man who was checking me in began yelling at me because I mentioned the previous employees impeccable, customer service, where he then stated “and that’s why nothing was getting done right here and we had to come and fix it” I then said is that my fault. He began to raise his voice, to the point I had to ask him two times, are you really raising your voice at a paying customer? He says no not at all, my eight year old son who was with me says are you sure about that. I asked for a manager, Howard walked out and did not introduce himself or say anything. I asked him was he the manager, he said, yes. I then asked did he hear the interaction that just took place. He stated yes some, and that he did not understand what I was upset about because all the employee asked me to do was sign to sign in. I said it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. I have never experienced anything but great customer service prior to my experience today with two new faces. But I had to remind these gentlemen, too many times that as a paying customer, I felt uncomfortable in the way that I was being spoken to. Yelled at. This was beyond just unfriendly. Let alone in front of my child. To his credit the third time I mentioned being uncomfortable, he apologized. , However, The damage is done. Businesses seem to forget that it is the consumer, the paying customer, that’s your most important asset to sustaining a successful business. Because of the Customer service experience I had with Boardman Goodyear, they have just lost three generations of customers.

Im out of town and had issues with my valve stems and couldnt put aor on my tires. Got an appt immediately. They were all so helpful and nice. Would definitely come back if needed while visiting Youngstown.
