RENTER BEWARE! Paying for a CLIMATE CONTROLLED Unit and STILL have mold growing all over our belongings. Only way to resolve is to file an insurance claim, but still have to pay the rent until move out. The facility is at fault and has taken NO RESPONSIBILITY. Horrible business practice.

The girl who helped us get a storage unit was supper nice, helpful and help my mom get a good deal for the storage unit. (Also has an adorable Mississippi accent)

When I called to get info on a storage a lady named Effie was a very big help and answered every question I had about a rental. She was that southern Hospitality that I love to hear on the phone in a northern state. Businesses need more people like This young lady To conduct their business definitely would pull in clientele .
