I had my daughter pick up some boxes from StorQuest last month and she highly recommended them as an option to store the many items I received from an estate inheritance. I have just started my search for storage options but after touring their Boardman facility I would say they are by far the best I have seen. The site was clean and secure and the staff very helpful & pleasant. I have not rented any units yet but plan to after selling off what I can. I definitely would recommend StorQuest.

Awesome service. Jenny was amazing!!!!!Told her what I needed and the money I had to work with and she got it all situated lighting quick. I would highly recommend this place for all your storage needs.

I stopped in about a week ago for boxes and Jenny & Carey were most helpful! I’ve never used storage before so they girls were kind enough to fill me in. They offered to show me the property which was so clean and so kept! What a fresh large facility! If I should ever need storage in the future I will definitely come here! Will also recommend! Thank you Jenny & Carey :-)

My experience at this facility was definitely a breath of fresh air. With all the negatively in the world today it was such a pleasure to meet a kind and caring person. CAREY was so helpful and patient at a very frustrating and difficult time !

Has anyone else seen all the changes at the Boardman Storquest? Those three women Carey, Jenn and Morgan have made all kinds of improvements and constantly busy fixing that place up, good job ladies y’all deserve a big pay raise.

Carey is amazing! I work out of state during the week and only home on the weekends. She went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible for me to get to my unit when I needed to. I highly recommend! Hands down possibly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had! Thanks Carey.

I stopped in the office today to get pricing on a few units as I might be moving in the next few weeks. Carey and Jen showed me different sizes and answered all my questions as I am new to this. They were amazing! We will be back soon!
