If I could give zero stars I would. I had a 12 o’clock pick up and showed up at 12:03 and the doors are locked. The employees stare at you like you are at the zoo. No help no nothing. I had to sit and cancel the rental for 30 mins. I highly recommend enterprise they got me right in and got me a car and on the road

I fueled the car one mile before dropping it off, but they charged me $30 for fuel.
They didn’t even put any fuel in it — they just charged a random amount.
After I got the receipt on email (“printer wasn’t working”) I contacted customer service, but the staff at the location were rude and incompetent.

If i could give a 0 i would , worst experience ever . Had a car rental booked went to pick it up at the time scheduled and they HAD NO CARS AVAILABLE….. they didn’t seem to care, said they’d give us a call when one became available . The staff wasn’t helpful but instead rude and seemed annoyed . We went to enterprise instead and were able to get a vehicle within 5 mins . Never ever go to hertz boardman location, they’re unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. Save your time and money and go to enterprise instead .

Cancelled my car one hour before I was supposed to pick me up. The lady told me “sorry we don’t have any cars today.” Even though I booked a week in advanced.

I’ve been renting from Hertz at the Boardman location on Market Street for both business and personal needs, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The customer experience here is consistently excellent.

I made an online reservation 12/27 and received a confirmation email and text. I went on my scheduled appointment time on 12/28 at 10am. The receptionist was sweet and advised me that she never had the reservation nor a car for me to rent. It’s weird that I was able to reserve a vehicle without any being available. She advised for me to check with their Warren location for any vehicles. Would have been nice if she could have done that to help me. Good news is that Enterprise is right down the road and was more than happy to accept my business. Please just go to Enterprise. They are so helpful and kind.
