“Always fair. Very welcoming. They were willing to chat and talk when I was originally looking to get back into the hobby a few years back. Ray and Dave are good people!”
“I've been to 3 stores in Columbiana County looking for Heat & Bond. The stores keep giving me interfacing thinking it's the same thing. It is not! I went to Michael's. They knew what I was looking for & took me right to it. They even had 2 types to choose from. I wanted to work on my project now, not having to order it & wait until the middle of next week. The staff was friendly & very helpful. I'll be back Michael's.”

“I bought a Flag Pole and American Flag from this business. I was pleased with their response and timing. The Gentleman that arrived and put in the Pole was Quick, Efficient, and Professional ! The Light on top of the Flag pole quit working. I need to know what my options are to replace it and the U.S. Flag, which is becoming unserviceable after over 2 YEARS OF BEING FLOWN !THANK YOU !”
