I ordered a new stove 2 weeks ago. On the delivery day they no called, no showed me. Their automated text system only gives canned answers and cannot address my concerns. Really disappointed. Home Depot used to be dependable .

Rude staff. Drove an hour for an item they had in stock. Went through the exact same process at my local Home Depot for purchasing with my Home Depot credit card and they told me I can’t make the purchase this way. Rude lady at the register wasn’t willing to even try and help to make it work. Waste of my time. Will not be back to this dump of a location

I spend 30k a year here and they still messed up my last two deliveries. that makes 6 out of 10 late be days. they ordered stuff for more but then did not actually do it so I only did half the tile floor

Worst store in Youngstown, spent over 4k in materials return 2 items and I have receipt. The lady act like she cant scan it and ring in wrong item for return witch was $31.00 less than a case of tile I was returning .I truly believe she thought I stole it.Don't worry I'll be back returning more supplies video taping me taking it out the car since my receipt not good enough.

Went on 6/26/2024 and reserved a one man auger. next morning upon pick up they told me they had no rental for me. I paid for the deposit and have the receipt. the guy working behind the counter said he doesn't know how to use the software.

Horrible experience I knew I should have stayed at Lowe’s…. I was following the directions of a Home Depot employee when another Home Depot employee (shorter stocky lady with dark hair working on the afternoon of June 11th at the customer service desk) started yelling at me when I was just trying to pick up a shower Pan I already purchased earlier… some of the worst customer service I have seen….
