Don’t go here honestly it seems like a great place to get a car but it’s not my mom got her car 5 years ago from here or so anyways engine blew ? it’s not even paid off that’s the funny part one more payment and it’s paid off lol plenty of people suggested u don’t go here if u want a car to last and not having something wrong w it all the time this car had so many problems it’s unbelievable same w my bfs mothers car same issue the second my mom got it out of their shop there was something wrong w it and it finally died on her on the way home ????????!!! DONT COME HERE!

I want to take the time today and say Thanks!!!! Employees took their time to understand my needs and help me achieve my goal! I have credit problems but honesty and some money down made it happen for me and my family! I didn’t feel rushed! They explain everything and answered all my questions!

Everyone is so helpful it's a pleasure doing business with Byrider. I left this review awhile back and don't know how it keeps popping up. I've had a few not so great experiences since but I will continue to bring my car in for service because the rates are believable. It's less than taking your car to any other places

Definitely do not go to this place for a vehicle. In less than 2 years I. Came to find out they sold me a car that pretty much had a bad engine. Took it to firestone for an engine diagnostic and they found metal shavings!. So basically a blown engine. I took it twice to byriders when I had the check engine light and they kept saying it was the air pump, second time they said it was the hose. They never even bother to look and find where the actual problem was coming from. And air pump was never replaced. The tech Scott even said he don't remember me when I asked and showed up for every time wasting appointments. Total rip off!

The manager Angie is the worst very unprofessional does not know how to speak to people in a polite professional manner I'm a manager myself I work with guest and customer service everyday and handle complaints myself it is not hard to remain professional and polite while listening to your customers voice their grievances your supposed to leave the conversation with them feeling respected heard knowing that you are trying to help them as best as you can to solve their issue you don't get any of that she talks down and belittles you I think she could use a dose of reality you not above your customers its your JOB to help them recieve the best guest experience possible hire someone else from the reviews this isn't the first complaint against her

The process was simple and fast. I was approved that day. They worked with me to get the type of car I wanted. Since they didn't have one with the payment I was looking for but they found one at the lot in hermitage. They went and got it in the morning and I came back test drove and signed for my car that night. I would recommend them to anyone who needs helps getting a car.
