I believe the employee was Chloe that waited on me. Very friendly and helpful. She looked up several different features on chairs that I was interested in-power, fabric, and rocker models and was very patient with me.

Chloe was very helpful. She listened to what we wanted and showed us different chairs. She made comments about the size of the chairs according to our size. She also told us which fabrics were best for pets. We appreciated her help.

Cloie helped me choose the recliner I needed for my heigth. I was going to purchase something small because it was inexpensive but Cloie made me aware of comfort in a bigger better recliner. As always my family and I choose Lazyboy for the quality and great service they give.....my recliner just came and the delivery guys were great. I love my new furniture. Thank you Cloie.

Excellent shopping experience!! The salesman was very knowledgeable and thorough on the order. He checked the inventory, and the sofa and love seats were all in stock in Columbus and he set up delivery for two days after Memorial Day. The delivery was 4 days after the purchase. CW Delivery was excellent!! Right on time and the tracking showed their progress and they also called when about a half hour away. They were very polite and careful with the delivery. The best delivery that we have ever had!
We just purchase an a recliner to add to our living room. The saleslady was great and very thorough to make sure the color was exactly like the others. The item was in stock and scheduled for delivery in a couple days.
This furniture is very well made and very comfortable. The seat cushions are a little higher than our old set so you can get up off these easier.

My wife and I came into LB to buy 2 chairs.
They had a huge selection and there was no sales push pressure which we liked and they were knowledgeable and professional; both Joe and Lexi!. They answered all of our questions.
