We walked in on Black Friday to look around at mattresses and were immediately greeted with such kindness! Kim was a huge help even while she was helping other customers! She was kind and bright which can be hard to find on such a hectic day! Both staff members went above and beyond to help us find something that worked for us both mattress and financing wise! We did leave with buying something that day to be delivered (for free!!) Monday! I will definitely recommend anyone who needs a new mattress to head their way.

Store was very clean, staff was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Kim was so sweet and really took time to make sure we were happy and finding the best mattress for our needs. Jay was very funny and helpful too. We can't wait to go to bed!

5 out of 5! Jay stopped me from bleeding to death, and made sure my back was comfy with the new bed I picked. Also, the other lady (I didn’t catch her name, sorry!) was welcoming as well. I doubt that I will ever go mattress shopping again in the near future, but if I ever have to buy one again, I’ll definitely be coming back :)

Kimberly was AWESOME to work with!! She went above and beyond, was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and even stayed past her shift to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a better nights sleep!

My experience at the Boardman Mattress Firm was excellent! Our sales associate was Kim Schultz. I sincerely hope she is working there when I purchase my next bed. Her knowledge of available mattresses is unmatched! It the 1st time in my life (I’m over 50), I went to buy a bed and the sales associate answered all my questions and then some. Thanks for all the great help Kim!

Ask for Kim!
Kim at Mattress Firm was awesome and very knowledgeable! She helped us find the perfect mattress and made the whole process super easy. She really listened to what we wanted, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.
We left feeling confident and excited about our new bed—and we can’t wait to get our mattress! If you’re shopping for a mattress, definitely go see Kim. She’s the best!

Mattress Firm is the very best place to buy a mattress! Kim Schultz, the sales person, was so helpful and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this business for your consideration! I may need another mattress for our Florida home and Kim can order it for us from the Boardman store! This is a win, win!
