“I am fairly new to the CPAP world and couldn't have asked for better service than I received from Healthcare Solutions. At first my Ins company referred me to a company in Poland, Oh. Every time I called them I spoke with someone in the Philippines. Also they didn't supply the machine I wanted, the Resmed 11. This caused a 2 week delay in getting my machine. Healthcare Solutions scheduled me immediately and expedited my fitting and receiving my supplies. When I had a problem with my mask they immediately made arrangements for me to pick up a new one and offered to do a new fitting session. They always respond quickly, are knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend them. They made this new phase of my life much easier.”
