When I got there, I realized I didn't have my debit card and I needed a catheter bag. They were nice enough to extend me the bag and come back tomorrow and pay for it. “The staff is very friendly and provides outstanding service!
I live in San Diego and I’m an oxygen patient. I was in Youngstown visiting my family and friends for Christmas. I was in desperate need of oxygen equipment to allow me to enjoy the holiday season with my love ones.
The Branch Manager, Ted went above and beyond! He leads his team of compassionate health care professionals with excellence patient care. This wonderful group of devoted healthcare professionals put patients first! The customer service representatives are very friendly and supportive. Hyland is a solid and awesome patient care technician and is one in a million! Bekka the respiratory therapist is a wonderful sweetheart and is very knowledgeable.
I am very grateful to these wonderful people for the excellent service they provided me with.
