Will never buy from here again. Bought a printer in February 2024 to start using for my graphic designs. It stopped working and wouldn’t feed paper through even when we wiped the rollers. It was still under warranty but we didn’t have our reward number to call the 800 number provided. We were given a different 800 number to get our reward card and when we went in store to explain to the manager that this wasn’t working; the IVR system for their reward cards kept hanging up; he just starting talking low and loud at us like we were slow. Didn’t offer to look up our reward card in store at all or at least try with the phone numbers we knew it could have been under. Whatever happened to days when if you had an issue with a product, you could go to the store you got the product from and get help then and there?

Train your employees how to do their job. Thankyou to the lady who helped me for an hour today. I appreciate your time and I am not mad at you. I brought 10$ worth of tshirt transfer paper in today.. 8$ of that was wasted. Because they arent trained how to do their job and work a computer program. Ontop of that I paid 8$ in inked photos, And 8$ wasted in paper I brought in. I'm unhappy with my experience. It took an hour for us to figure it out, which it should have been simple. You guys print banners, posters and etc. Yet to print a simple image on transfer paper was so complicated because the employees aren't trained. So it baffles me that you guys somehow print banners and posters. I didn't take my receipt, because I was upset in the moment. I hadn't spoke to a manager, I didn't even know what to say. Employees are trained to tell people to use the self service. But they arent trained to actually do the service. Thankyou for the dedication to trying to help me out. Office depot won't be seeing my buisness again.

Sara and Matt in printing are wonderful! We have a bridal expo coming up quickly and they turned around the posters we needed in only a few hours. 10/10!

I sent blueprints to get scanned and emailed to me on Friday. I was told Sunday they would be ready. I called @ 4:30 Sunday to see if they were aware of my order, bc I hadn’t received them yet. I talked to Sarah. She informed me that she was working on them as we speak. I received the email 15 minutes before they closed and called to inform her that they weren’t sent properly. They were bunched together instead of being placed in separate pdf’s and sent. So today I went to pick up hard copy blueprints and informed Sarah of the situation and asked when can she resend. She said she had other customers ahead of me and maybe by 4. I informed her that this wouldn’t work bc my contractors close at 4? So I informed the manager, who asked why they weren’t on flash drive then sent. Sarah stated there was no need and proceeded to give more excuses. Eventually the excuses started to mount up in why she couldn’t do it, but none on why she could. I asked for a refund when she lied and said, “each page takes 25 minutes to scan & upload”.So based on her explanation it would have taken 250 minutes to upload and resend the documents to me. The manager didn’t say a word, didn’t ask her any questions. Surely that was a “crock”.
Customer service at its best. I am a developer in the area and will be sure to let ALL my colleagues know to stay clear of this store. Hopefully you will reach out to me with a follow up on this situation, unless Sarah has the last word on your operation procedures. The smack in the face was after her comment the manager went along with her. NEVER will I shop here again if I don’t receive a follow up of the disciplinary actions that were taken

The people working are always willing to help. I like going in there finding things for the grandkids to do when they come. The crew always says Thank You when they check out your order. That means alot.

We were never emailed back that our large order of 100 flyers for a veterans Medicare event could not be done and yes the order went in before 1pm that day. We were told at the store the order couldn’t be completed until tomorrow. The event was the next day. Order was canceled and so glad FedEx across the road could print out the 100 Medicare flyers for the veterans in about 15 minutes. FedEx sauced the day and as a veteran I appreciate all that FedEx did for us.

Manager Keith is extremely personable, professional, and went above-and-beyond to assist me with a rush order. Tyreke in the print department was very skilled and efficient and took care of my requests genially. Would recommend this location highly!

Tareke helped me print a letter on my iPad to fax. I'm an old lady with no tech skills. He was so kind taking care of it. I was so relieved he got my task done. Please give him a raise. Thank you Office Max for having such a wonderful employee!!
