One of the worst transactions I have made in a long time. To start, the company doesn't actually hold the product, they dropship, so if you order on a Friday afternoon, it is not going to ship until Monday.Secondly, their "automation" is horrible. I reached out multiple times and to response and later when I requested to return the product I had to contact them multiple times to return the product; the return process is complete trainwreck and reminds me of the early days of e-comm.I eventually submitted a chargeback with my bank because the customer service experience was so bad, however, I sent them their product back after paying $40 for shipping and an additional return fee. They still fought the chargeback, but never refunded me the money. So, to recap I sent them their product back, paid $40 in shipping, paid a restocking fee too, and I never got my money back, so I am out $250 on an impulse sealer that I no longer have.I had a gut feeling when I was checking out that this website seemed suspect and maybe I should purchase elsewhere. The website didn't seem professional and felt very much "dropship" like, well, I was right - hands down worst e-commerce experience I have had in years.

We were unsure what type of sealer to purchase, and support helped us get just the right one for what we needed. They were local so we were able to get it the same day.

If I could give this business negative stars I would. I would discourage any one from doing business with this company. I made two purchases from this company for which they charged my credit card, than sent me a cancellation email with no explanation. I finally got through to someone in their sales department, for which he could offer no explanation. He just kept rambling on about the service they use who handle credit cards kicked it back. But two days earlier I was told the product shipped and would be sent a tracking number. I called my credit card company, and they verified that Pack Secure had indeed charged my credit card with a second transaction pending. I am not sure what they have going on over there. I have never delt with a situation like this before and do not wish to in the future. Buyers BEWARE...

Great help from the staff at Pack Secure in picking out the right bag sealer, and thanks for the Glamour Mailers my wife will love the colors I picked, how could she not with the awesome prices I got them for... way below what I would payed someplace else.

very UNFAIR and unprofessional practices. B/c of my idiot UPS driver not following my instructions and used his "discretion" to RTS, Pack Secure went ahead into my credit card account and gave me only a partial refund BEFORE they even got the returned product in their hands!!! Unethical and probably illegal. They deducted return shipping AND the "discount" of the order's coupon...what the hell?! As a "courtesy they waived the "restocking fee" (how generous). I was out $50+ from what I originally paid. My "dispute" with Paypal was escalated to a "claim" and they sided with ME. If you need to go through all this trouble, CALL Paypal and explain to a live person - they will be very understanding and decide in the favor of the BUYER.
