Came in for help with a bent rim. The man working was less than helpful and very rude. He gave incorrect information, and said pep boys could do nothing to help and told us the only thing that could help us is google. Went up the street to NTB and got everything we needed without issue, their employees were happy to problem solve and get us back on the road.
