Staff is extremely cheerful and happy to greet you as soon as you enter. Extremely knowledgeable and will answer all your questions about any vehicle in their fleet. Just tell them what you are looking for and they’ll find a vehicle that includes most if not all the criteria’s. Process to get a new car here is smooth and quick.

I recently did a trade-in on a vehicle I originally purchased from another VW dealership, and VW of Boardman absolutely went above and beyond for me. Their team drove an hour and a half just to make sure my title work was completed. They locked me in at a lower interest rate, walked me through every step of the process, and made everything easy to understand.
I ended up in a great car with a great rate, and I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated.

My Husband and I bought 2 brand new 2025 voltwagon Tiguan’s they didn’t give us the full Amount rebates on the suv very sneaky dealership stay away if possible they will never have our business again!!!

I was out of town and had a rental car with a flat tire. They took me right in and I had a new tire installed in less than 2 hours. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

My 2021 tiguan oil stuff broke and was then transfered from the Nissan dealer. Then they took 3 weeks to look at the car. Then lied about not having rental coverage and then lied about how they submitted they claim and now I'm out the money from a rental. Being the only vw dealer In the area doesnt give them the right to treat people like poo

I originally left one star because I paid nearly $900 for them to not fix my car and they kept it for over two weeks. They said I needed a $7000 new engine so I took it somewhere else who just changed my oil filter and my cars been fine ever since. Then I changed the review to 3 stars because someone called me and said they’d look into a refund. It’s been months and I never got the refund or even a call back.
