Had an oil change done on my Jeep at Valvoline in Austintown. Upon completing the oil change they informed me that my Jeep had a minor transmission leak and my oil pan was rusty. I called Redlich as my vehicle still being under warranty was covered and they had me bring it in for a road test. The mechanic who road tested the vehicle looked for leaks under it and looked under the hood. They informed me that my Jeep did not have one of the problem transmissions and the transmission was actually manufactured by Mercedes, that there is no leak and that the car would probably rust out before the transmission stopped working. Thanks for saving me time and hassle Redlich!

I took my car there for a transmission fluid change. It was a clean establishment. The mechanic and the men at the front counter were very nice and pleasant to talk to. The time went by very quickly. I highly recommend this business if you need anything done with your transmission.

Super helpful and very nice. Took my car in thinking I had a bad transmission. After a test drive they confirmed that it wasn’t a transmission and most likely a clogged CAT. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would definitely go to them again.

Best auto shop I’ve ever been to they fixed my problem. One shop I went to said I needed a new transmission, but these guys solved it perfectly. Very nice people I will definitely go there again. Absolutely A+++++++++++
