Great staff! Friendly! Always got my suv super clean. It was nice that they had vacuums free with service! Lived the monthly plan, go anytime (while they are open obviously). Unfortunately, I just had to end my services. My toddler was terrified of the car wash. Thought after 2 months he'd be used to the bubbles by them but he screamed every single time. When he's older I will do a membership again for sure! Great mom and pop business feel!

Great staff, always friendly and attentive. The monthly subscription is really a great deal if you use it often. My only wish is that they had an online customer portal vs having to call or visit. But no complaints so far!

Hi everyone! Love this car wash, the people are very polite here and being a member of the club wash it’s so worth it. Two washes and it’s paid for, for the month. Thank you for your services! Oh not to mention the kids love it too! lol 😂

Disappointed overall.
1) Cheapest option was $10, quite pricey for a drive through car wash that isn’t even touch free.
2) Didn’t even do a clean wash. There was still areas of my truck with visible dry dust parts.
3) Drying section isn’t good. Vehicle was still soaking wet when it came out.
4) Vacuums lack suction power. Couldn’t even lift the pebbles loosely sitting on the floor mats.
Really hoping this isn’t representative all car washes in Boardman area.

5.0 rating. This is my favorite car wash in the area. The unlimited monthly service keeps my car looking great and rust free. Be sure to get the underbody wash.free vacs with membership! Dealer wants to buy my car, so clean! I upped the rating to 5.0 due to consistently great service. Update: if you have any issues with your wash, circle back and ask , they have always given a double wash if needed, still great, still going here. I'm spoiled by this consistent service. Price for unlimited still the same. MY favorite purchase for my car! No I'm not related to them!!

I have tsunami memberships for my truck and my wife's car. I like this one because the brushes touch your car. Always comes out clean and shiny. Friendly techs also spraying your car to get dirt off first. Highly recommend.

Okay when it first opened, we used it multiple times a month. It was a great wash and dry. But over time by the time you pull your car out you might as well bring a couple of tiles to finish drying off your vehicle. Also when you play for the tsunami, which is what we usually get, and you pull out in the wheels are dirty still, it's a shake my head moment. I don't know what they've changed mechanically but the wash just doesn't seem to be quite the same it used to be when they first open. It is convenient, but when it comes to service it's a toss-up if the two people who do the initial cleaning with the mops take their time or just hit it and get it. I'll probably keep you using it, but it is somewhat disappointing that the quality of the wash has changed.

I had canceled my membership in Oct and was billed for Nov and Dec. I went in and talked to the owner and he took care of the issue and gave 3 car washes as a courtesy. It's a family owned business that I recommend!!

Wash was fine and the staff was kind. However l, I tried to get a hold of anyone to cancel my membership and heard nothing back and ended up getting charged. They ended up refunding what was charged but then proceeded to charge me the next month. Won't be going again in the future

As far as car wash goes, it was decent but terrible experience. The old man out front tried to sell me a subscription, and I stated no thanks politely 4xs, and he actually interrupted me and said “no just listen to me” and kept calling me honey and sweetie. Absolutely uncomfortable, pushy, and Inappropriate.
