Where to even start! From the get go, this was an easy and personable experience! I was recently a maid of honor in my friend’s wedding and reach out to roots through a family friend to inquire about packages. Bianca was amazingly friendly and personable as well as professional. She set us up with a hair stylist, Angie, for the bride to start getting extensions for the wedding, got us on the books for her wedding date and even gave us some recommendations for other services we inquired about that they didn’t offer, such as lash extensions! From there, they gave us a super organized contract, and were super flexible on group totals until we had a set count for hair and makeup. They were easy to get ahold of, and always helpful in their responses. They made a timeline that flowed perfectly, and showed flexibility when needed. They were great at keeping us on track and listening to our requests. They gave good insight when we weren’t sure and made sure everyone looked their absolute best. Their prices were very affordable and comparable to others in the valley, BUT their services were truly UNMATCHED. I’ve been in a lot of weddings (like literally 7), and I can say this full heartedly— this was the BEST prep service I’ve experienced. The bride was STUNNING and honestly, so we’re all of us in the bridal party. They made sure each gal had some extra powder for a touch up here and there, and got a little swag bag for bridal touch ups as well. And of course, there’s something to be said about how much they cared about our lives since starting this professional relationship a year ago. Not only that, but they were able to keep conversations going with us to help ease the tensions and stress that come with a wedding day. I can’t recommend these gals enough. Bianca, Angie and Ashley did an amazing job and for any brides out there, you can’t go wrong with choosing Roots. They will be able to make your special day even better, and make you look good while they do it 🤍👰🏼♀️

My daughter and I had AN INCREDIBLE experience with Cassidy today. She is BEYOND AMAZING and an absolute miracle worker!! She was SO EXTREMELY patient with my 6 year old and her hair was a mess, but she was SO understanding, took the time caring for her hair, and my daughter gave her a hug before we left. We both are SO GRATEFUL and, as a mom, how she helped my daughter was such a relief. We will never ever go anywhere else and I'll tell everybody to come here. Thank you, Cassidy!!! 😁😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️❤️

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bianca, Amanda & Sarah and their incredible talent! From the moment we started communicating, they were professional, warm, and genuinely excited to be part of my big day.
On the wedding day, they arrived early, brought such calming energy, and made everyone feel so comfortable. My hair and makeup were absolutely flawless and held up perfectly through happy tears, dancing, and hours of celebration. I truly felt like the best version of myself — elegant, glowing, and still me.
Not only did they make me look stunning, but they also worked magic on my bridesmaids, my mom, and even my flower girl. Everyone was glowing and looked cohesive while still feeling unique and true to themselves.

Cassidy is literally a miracle worker!! Not only is she the sweetest but my hair feels and looks amazing! She takes her time and perfects every little detail! I have a ton of hair and it’s very dense and no one has cut it as perfect and the color is amazing! The owner was so nice too and greeted every client that walked in!

My bridesmaid and I loved our hair and makeup! The girls at the salon are wonderful and so down to earth, they made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and less stressful. Bianca was such a sweetheart and always made time to call or text if I had any questions. We got ready for my wedding at the salon and I enjoyed that because the bridal room was so cute, comfortable, clean and I could tell the hair and makeup artists felt in the zone their too.

Amanda Kay did my bridal hair for my wedding, along with my friends and family and she did the most stunning job! Even with humidity and rain my hair did not budget the entire day. Not only that but bc we were a small group we went to their salon in the bridal suite, where they let us bring in breakfast/mimosas, and even let us play our own music. It couldn’t have been a more perfect wedding morning!!! Some of my friends also got their makeup done and it was also such an amazing experience. 12/10 recommend!!!

Roots Salon was AMAZING!! When I first reached out to work with Roots, I had already selected a MUA I knew I wanted to work with so I was sad that Roots was not going to be able to work out (typically they do both hair and MU services). Fast forward almost a year later, my hair stylist for my wedding day fell through, so I reached back out to Bianca and it just so happened they were free for hair only on my wedding day!!! MIRACLE 🙌🏼 I truly believe I was meant to have them as my hair stylist for my wedding day. Amanda did my hair and my bridal party and she worked her MAGIC. My hair stayed perfectly the entire day and looked BEAUTIFUL. Bianca and Amanda were so sweet and easy to work with and I truly can’t recommend them enough ❤️

Bianca and Sarah did me and my bridesmaids makeup for my wedding. Not only are they great at what they do, they fit right in with us and the vibe of the morning. They worked with all 9 of my bridesmaid to match their individual preferences and style. Bianca was quick to answer my texts with all my questions and helped me find a makeup look that I absolutely loved. Had Bianca and Angie travel out to Geneva for my wedding and they were fantastic!! So funny and friendly. We loved them. They did such a good job with our hair and makeup. Highly recommended!

Just moved back into town and was blessed by Bianca with the best haircut I’ve ever had in my life. We cut off a lot of my hair and she kept me comfortable & confident with the cut and style. It was wonderful learning all the ways that Bianca chooses to keep her salon green and support the environment with the products she chooses and what she does with any waste leftover. Truly one of a kind experience and will be back again to support this awesome salon.

I had both my make up and hair done for my May 2023 wedding (along with 9 bridesmaids!). Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were so fun to work with, and made the morning of even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I used Roots Salon & Wellness Spa for my wedding and they were amazing! Very professional, easy-going, and passionate people! Amanda is ABSOLUTELY amazing when it comes to hair. My hair looks so beautiful. Logan is PHENOMENAL when it comes to makeup. Although she has her own makeup, she had no issue using mine when I requested it. My makeup looked flawless on my wedding day.I had the pleasure of seeing them again for another wedding, as a bridesmaid this time, and the results were the same! Absolutely flawless work!Brides-to-be, I 100% recommend Roots for your wedding day hair/makeup needs!!
