I don't even know why you guys have drive thru. Just close it. Got people waiting 30+ minutes for some chicken tenders. Was told the other day it was a 25 minute wait just to get a hot chocolate.

I absolutely love this Sheetz . Everyone is very nice. Prices are ok ! But I haven’t had any issues except for buying those wings too often but overall nice place!

Great deal on gas today. $1.776 special for the 4th of July. Line on Southern Boulevard was all the way past Home Depot. I knew I had no chance but I had stupidity placed an order that I had to pick up. Had to detour to Market Street and come around the other way. Actually was able to drive right in, park, and go inside to get my order. Big parking lot so I was able to get right out. Lines were way too long to attempt to get the discount gas though. I tried Sheetz on Market Street in North Lima about 3 miles away. Lines actually weren't that bad there and they literally ran out of gas just as I was pulling behind a car already in front of the pump. Still a great day for anyone that was able to pull in for gas.

Don’t order DoorDash from here. They will get the order wrong every time. Then act like you’re a Karen to call in and complain. Employees are very rude. It’s impossible for every single employee to be so rude and rash when they are the ones screwing up the order every time. It’s hands down whoever is managing this store. Whoever is managing this store has ti he exactly like every employee there. Non chalant rude passive aggressive. If this continues to happen I will take all my receipts to corporate social media

Went in for a snack for my wife. We ended up getting the app sampler for her. With that we got fries and a large drink for only $1.99 as an add-on.

Never coming to this sheetz again a friend and I come to get food wait almost 2 hours then are eating there and there’s a “30 minute rule” if I can sit in line longer I can enjoy my food longer. I understand if u didn’t buy anything or if you were causing chaos but we were catching up eating and told to leave. A JOKE.

I'm from Detroit so I'm not sure if it's me but it's hit and miss here. Either the cashier or the workers careless with my meal and order especially after 7pm. I spent 30 minutes at least trying to check out today. And tried to get some food around 4am... doubt waste your time. They don't care my hot meal whole order looked neglected and traumatized. I never seen a burger look so depressed between buns. I just got it 45 mins ago. I'm taking pictures next time. She know who it was. ?

Worst service I have ever had. I ordered my food at 12:56am was supposed to be ready at 1:04 am no one came to the window until 1:40am. Food cold, didn't have my drinks ready either. And they did not care at all. I have never been so irate in my entire life especially after a 12 hour work shift.

worst service. MANAGER can’t speak proper English after waiting 58mins for our order that sat at the window the entire time while employees walked by it repeatedly while our food just sat getting cold we also had to wait for a refund.
