Placed an order was told it would be ready in a week. Week turned into almost 2 weeks when I walked in and got my refund. Owner is a liar and had poor business practices.

I ordered a shirt a simple shirt I was told $25-$30. Then I out of no where $47. I come back a week later like i’m told to pick it up. It’s not ready keep in mind one shirt. I come back when I’m told to come back for the 2nd time and AGAIN not ready he “forgot” to do something for it. Finally today I come to pick it up because I get an email it’s ready. I get it and it’s looks terribly done I mean terrible.

Wether you have a specific design or you use their designer on their site, or a specific deadline to have a order done, don’t bother coming here, dealt with Walt multiple years in a row, their time management is terrible, they don’t fix or catch typos and if they think your design is too complex to handle then they just change it without checking with the customer. Customer service is a D-, if he doesn’t like that you’re unhappy with the design they messed up he’ll just hang up on you. If you’re looking for quality work I’d recommend anywhere other than shirt wizard.

Was a previous employee here, owners are lovely and really push to be the best they can be, really felt like family here. I've gotten several shirts from them and I've been really happy with every one. They last for a while from personal experience.

I’ve supported this company for years— by getting my covers on shirts/hoodies. I normally wear them once bc the quality of the decals don’t last. This was after one wash. I’m leaving a review bc I have another hoodie from another business that I’ve since then washed multiple times and it’s still in tact?

So i have recently placed a order & was constantly miss lead as well as lied to about my order.... I strongly feel as i was also racially profiled weeks after being promised that my order would be fulfilled.... I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone in the near future.... They also kept trying to force me to get in this program on there website to sell my brand in witch i was totally not interested into.... P.S. i am still waiting on my order & ended up halfling to file a dispute it with my bank.... At first i was very excited about working with this company & now i am very disappointed i even tried....

Well not much one to cast reviews .. but something’s shouldn’t be left unaddressed… I write this review in hopes of diverting someone else from enduring the horrific experience I had with this company . I’m all for supporting local business in hopes of seeing our community grow and prosper .. this is the first that mentality has come to bite me in the behind .. with that said I placed a order several weeks out ahead of need and was informed that my order would be available upon desired date, I placed deposit and awaited my call for pick-up.. Sadly, the date came and went without contact from the business. At that point I decided to be proactive and attempted to contact them in hopes of getting insight into what could’ve delayed the process. Immediately the customer service was extremely disrespectful and belligerent stating that the date I requested for service was not the date I requested and was actually several weeks out . I informed them this was not the case and asked for this matter to be resolved in a professional manner . I received a dial tone in response my request for the matter to be remedied.. I contacted them again only to have my calls screened and unanswered repeatedly. Unfortunately I never received this order which placed me in an extremely uncomfortable position with my customer base. This matter has yet to be resolved. Currently considering contacting and attorney and pursuing legal remedy. I hope that atleast from my experience others can be spared the trial and tribulations I’ve had to endure doing business with this company

.. I recently went to this company to have a multiple order done. Including shirts/hoodies etc.... I was promised to have these order's in a matter of a week & it ended up to me being mislead & stuck in confusion wondering where my order where.... I do not recommend this place to anyone in the area for the simple fact they do not keep there word & break multiple promises as well as have multiple accuses.... I felt like I had to beg for what I paid for which is just wrong
