Walked into store. All the employees were either talking or walking around. Was there about 10 minutes. Not ine person asked to help us. Prices were very high too. For an outlet store you'd expect better pricing. I just walked out after not being helped at all. Manager needs to train the staff better to help the customers.

The ladies that worked the evening of 9.8.25 were chefs kiss!
Especially the young lady that helped me. The other cashier was having technical issues with the kiosk and then I started feeling anxious because I was holding up the other employee but she was soooo nice! 🥰😊. Im going to csll tomorrow to get her name then I'll update this review but for now let's call her AWESOME Annie my Puerto Rican Princessa ☺️🥰🥰💅🏾

No one helping customers. Out of so many sizes. When I finally made my choice the box only had one shoe in it and the store employee could not find the other shoe. She said it’s in the store but we can’t find it- umm how? Such an inconvenience and time wasted. Left without buying anything. Target had the same shoes and a lot less price. Won’t be back!

In store Saturday, 3 female employees talking loud about what shoes they like,disruptive to thinking, ne er one asked if I needed assistance or the other gentleman who wS shopping. Left without making purchase.

Let me begin by saying this store has a wide variety of styles, which is wonderful. My experience went downhill rather quickly because the men working in the store would not stop pestering me. I appreciate good customer service but this was excessive. I was shopping for shoes for my 82 year old mother (which is frustrating in and of itself). I got asked if I needed help every 1.5 minutes for the entire 30 minutes I was in the store. When someone tells you they’re “just looking,” please believe that customer. I would have left if my mom didn’t need shoes as badly as she did. ANNOYING shopping experience.
