Chris Brooks, and Chris Ross got me out of a tricky lease situation, and I couldn’t be more thankful. They both treated me like a friend, and explained every step of the way making sure I was informed, understood, and felt reassured I was making the right choice to get out of a bad situation. Worse dealership ever all the Cochran stores . My 70 year old mother and I went to Cochran Ford and purchase a 2019 Buick encore. There was a check engine light on. They said they would fix it so they took car in back and 30 minutes later came back said all fixed . Put a new part in . When before made it out parking lot light came on again . Being a mechanic I know all they did was clear the codes to get the light off . So now was told they need to rest the diagnostic system. And took car back Monday. They had it for an hour or so and said they need to replace the Solenoid that goes to the gas tank. Well after having it for 2 or 3 days we get it back and with in a day light came back on. Take it back and told have to replace the wire harness which is on back order . 3 months later we ready to take car back in . We'll told can't give you a loaner car after they have done it last time so after a week they say take it to Cochran Buick. Well take car get a loaner think ok all going good . Then a text message trying to charge us for the repair and now the flex pipe is bad to . So for 500 for wiring harness and 700 for flex pipe . So I go to fors store and they say we will take care of it 2 weeks later and wire harness is no charge . And now flex pipe is only 600 to fix and now the battery is bad and will be 300 . Needless to say they aren't fixing the flex pipe and didn't even mention battery when we picked it up . I have all text and all conversation that I'm going to try and post here also. Don't trust Cochran all they do is lie and try to take your money .they don't care about there customers.look at the different in prise from beginning to end . What a joke guess they can make what ever price they want instead of doing what's right cuz wire harness quote I have on receipt is only 186 bucks . Update, I picked my car up yesterday and my hood is damaged a dent and pink shipping off after about 30 minutes. They had some kind of video of it showing there was a dent when I went in today to see the picture, I saw, they tell me it's from the Ford store. So I went and see my buddy at the Ford store and he asked the general manager if they would have pictures from Ford that is a negative Do you expect pictures or pictures for pictures or ford's pictures that they lie

I have been taking by 24 Buick Encore GX to Cochran for oil changes and tire rotations for years. I also lease my vehicles through them and have always been satisfied with the service. However, after my last service appointment I had an error message after an alignment that stated my all-wheel drive needed service. I call Cochran service twice and both times it went to a voice mail box finally the third time I left a message. It has been 24 hours, and I have still not received a call back. I will try and contact them again.
