The rating is for McKenzie 🥹🌟 She went above and beyond to help us secure the 3 different album versions we were looking for. We initially dealt with an employee who wasn't very helpful, but McKenzie totally turned things around with her outstanding customer service. We also want to thank the employee at the pickup registry who assisted us. 😇

Avoid this place on Friday and Saturday nite. It’s overrun with teenagers there to run crazy up the isles, act like fools and use foul language screaming while they ruin your shopping experience! It’s the new hangout for teens who have no intention of buying, just creating chaos.

I needed help finding something. An employee was stocking shelves and left to walk me to the aisle I needed. That was thoughtful of her. I feel valued at Target.

I called service desk four times, let the phone ring at least twenty(20) times, no answer. After I finally returned to my home and was Able to use internet, my order was completed and delivered within two hours, no problems. Your phone tree is short and abrupt and not helpful to your customers. Probably miss a lot of sales because of this.

I bought 2 Uber gift cards and sent them through the mail and somehow they were lost or stolen.
Target tells you to call Uber and Uber tells you to call Target.
) So, l am out $50. and now my granddaughter won't get her Uber cards for Easter.
I happened to be in Target so
l bought them there. I used to think Target was a good and fair store. I bought cards at Giant
Eagle before and they helped. I didn't know Target wouldn't help and could be so mean (the manager that is)
I'm staying out of the store.

Love shopping at the Boardman Target! Employees are friendly and offer help finding things if needed. They have gone in the back room to find things for me. It's always nice to save the money.

I could NOT believe what happened during my experience at this Target. Shortly after I walk in… these teenagers started screaming in the bathroom. Super immature and they think they’re funny. (They are not ?) Then I walked with my friends to the sports section since we play a variety of sports. Whilst there, a security guard questioned us on our age. After discovering that one of us was 18, he insisted that we left. Those were his orders that he had to inflict upon us. We did nothing wrong and had even made friends with another Target worker. So we left and I am in the car writing this review very angrily. Will I be coming back? Yes, for sure. Will I be happy about it? Probably not. Will I get kicked out again for no reason? Maybe!
