I walked in this afternoon at 3pm on Sunday. I'm white.the checkout clerk was black. She was incredibly nasty and obviously detests her job and white customers as well. Pull her off the floor and train her in customer service.

My friend and I were greeted as soon as we walked in. We found what we were looking for within a matter of mintues. The most pleasant part of our shopping was check-out with Anthony. Anthony is a very detailed, thorough worker who clearly cares about his job whether it's in the front of the house, which he isn't used to or the back of the house. He was a great reminder that kindess is one of the best features of someones character. I don't know the name of the other girl who assisted in the sale as well but she played a part in it too.

I know nothing about women's beauty products, but my wife wanted a certain flat iron. The ladies here were very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. I appreciated the fact when I asked which was better they did NOT over sale me the more expensive one. I felt honesty was important to them, rather than just another sale!

I came in and the cashier asked me to apply for the credit card and that it would save me money. I said okay, when the address part came up I told her it was wrong, I checked that it was okay to have the wrong address three times and she told me that we will change it after because if I change it before they would red flag and I would not be approved. She reassured me it was changed, however a month later and I call the credit card company and it was never changed so the card went to the old address. I tried to change it with credit card company and now I have to physically mail in my utility bill just to change the address and receive a new card that I tried to correct in store. Employees should push customers to be approved for credit cards in any way possible evening ignoring an incorrect address because this is ridiculous, especially when I wanted it changed before applying and was told not to.

I’m a frequent shopper of this Ulta and it’s always a pleasant experience. On my most recent shopping trip I had a man approach me who quickly made the experience uncomfortable. The manager on duty was not there to play and immediately recognized the situation and got me out of it. A big thank you to her and the other staff members!

I visited the Ulta in Boardman, OH on September 21, 2024. I had several gift cards that I used and my balance due was $22.41. I put in my visa to pay for the remaining balance. The computers froze and when it came back on, the clerk asked me reinsert my card for payment, which I did prior to the computers freezing.
Upon further investigation, my card was charged $22.41 twice. See attached. I called he store and a manager told me to come in and they would call with me there. I am 30 minutes away. I went in the the manager and assistant manager gave me the number to call guest services and were useless in helping me.
I called the number I was given on September 30th to rectify the situation. They told me to wait 3-10 days to see if it would clear off the charge. Nothing happened.
I called today, again, to get this taken care of and got disconnected. I called back and could not understand a word the agent was speaking. I called back and the woman told me to send pdf's of the charges.
This give me NO desire to shop at that store. BE WARE - if the computers freeze and you are paying by credit card...check your charge account for double charges!!!!

I have a 13 year old daughter so this is our new cool place to go......... I guess we're not going to build a bear anymore things have changed....... These girls and guys are always really nice to my daughter........ One of them was nice enough to give my daughter some sort of discount when she was a couple dollars short..... I was in the car and I wasn't with her because I'm not allowed to follow her around cuz I'm an old man and I'm not cool and she didn't have the cash on her to pay what she was short and they gave her a discount and I thought that was very nice.... I was very impressed it's always a pleasant experience
