Rude!! Had to wait in two separate lines, due to my shipping qr code and none code items. Why??? There were two people at the counter! Terrible customer service , especially from the smart mouthed younger rep. I think his name is Mark.

Fast service, there was an elderly woman ahead when I walked in with fragile items the 2 gentleman were kindly assuring her they would wrap her items to ship them carefully, it’s nice to see other customers treated well before it’s your turn and then all I did was hand my package, guy scanned it, gave me a receipt, quick and easy. It also appeared clean with several employees in the back and front, so had some staff (it wasn’t one person running the whole place).

I was trying to return an Amazon package, I was given a choice of either paying $5.00 for them to print out a SINGLE B&W piece of paper, or not being able to return my package. FedEx, OfficeMax, etc, only charge $0.15 for a copy off a flash drive. Other UPS stores in the area charge much less than $5.00 for a single piece of paper. I know, I called them. I work, so I did not have time to run to another store, but I did bring scissors ,tape, etc. I could have easily just attached the paper myself. For a 'free' return for a defective product I had to pay over 30% of the products cost. The attitude I got was condescending 'take it or leave it'. Do not go here. Do not trust them.

I sent a package with valuable items in it to California. UPS told me it would arrive June first... it's going into the third and my son still hasn't received it. I'm very upset. It cost me $80.00 to send it and the insurance doesn't come close to paying for the package.

This is a great place to ship with a polite and super knowledgeable service staff. When I drop something off with them and pay the small fee to allow them to do the packing and shipment process, the comments and reviews I get for professional packaging when the shipments arrive where they are going are always amazing. Plus, it takes away the time and hassle. I prefer this place over going to the local post office and the FedEx store. It's definitely worth the small fee.

They messed up on my scheduled package date. I was home to sign for it,no one showed up then i received an email stating no one was home and they would resend it at a later date. I paid extra for a certain time frame for the package to come so i would be able to be home and they still came to my house early on their own time. Luckily someone was home to sign for it but they point is now they refused to reimburse me for my special time frame i asked for. Will never deal with UPS again. Very poor service and the lady that answers the Boardman office is very ignorant and rude! And how are You owner of ups telling me whom i did and did not speak to . Unreal. It was your boardman office. And i did call ups direct and they were no help as well. Very poor service

Angel was so helpful and so prompt. This was the first time that I had UPS send a package and I was so pleased. I definitely will use them again. Thank you Angel.

I just shipped a poster there and the worker who was assisting me was SUPER helpful. He trimmed the triangle box so I didn’t have to pay more than necessary and I also appreciate that UPS is not using poster tubes because they’re extra expensive to ship. It was top shelf service from that employee and this store.
