I was really disappointed by the selection, especially in sizes XL and 14+. There was very little available in those sizes. When I left feedback on a previous survey, I was told that you can only put out what you take in. However, I actually referred a friend who donated a large amount of business casual clothing in great condition, many pieces even with tags and none of it was accepted.
Ironically, that’s exactly the kind of clothing I was hoping to find when I visited. Turning away quality donations in that size range makes it seem like the store only caters to smaller sizes.
I’m currently on a weight loss journey, so it makes more sense for me to shop consignment while my size is changing, but after this experience, I was quite disappointed and won’t be back.
Customer service could also use improvement. When I left with my friend’s rejected items, I was carrying two large, very heavy boxes, and not one employee offered to hold the door for me.

Excellent staff! Very friendly, professional and intelligent staff! The store is beautiful, well organized and well maintained. Easy to find exactly what you’re looking for! They have a great selection of accessories, jewelry, clothes, shoes and purses. I highly recommend this store! 5 stars ⭐️

Organized, excellent selections, pleasant staff and an overall great store. I’ve purchased many items from designer bags and wallets to high end clothing and shoes. Never know what you’ll find but I am rarely disappointed when I visit this store!

Dropped clothes off before 12 on a Tuesday and was told that it would take about half an hour to appraise and I would receive a text. After 24 hours with no text I finally went to the store where they didnt even know where my stuff was or if it had been done. Pitiful I will not support this store again

My experience at Uptown Cheapskate was great! The employees were quick to help, professional and very pleasant. My clothes were sorted in no time and they took several of my items. Thank you for the great experience, I’ll be back soon!

I LOVE THIS STORE! For buying clothes and shoes both men and women. Nice selection of both especially in Nike and Jordan. I wouldn't say the same about to sell your own stuff to them but they do have great prices so I guess wouldn't expect them to offer much to sell it back for the price they sell it for which helps a lot when me and my guy can go and get two almost new shoes for both of us for 1 price of new at mall. Works out for us both. And their stuff is always good/great condition. Also staff very friendly and they don't bother you to death about needing help or this or this, sometimes I like walking in a store and just being left alone, or not felt like pressure to buy something so that was a plus too.

Wouldn't accept my Express or Guess designer clothes, but has ugly sweatpants in the window. Either they don't make any money to afford buying the clothes because they have a crappy selection and nobody goes there, or they have a distorted sense of fashion.
