We rented through CLP for our wedding in May. They were fantastic to work with and even had a super responsive support line when we had additional questions about our unit. The restroom was clean, professionally maintained, and both delivered and picked up at perfect times. We would absolutely rent from CLP again in the future.

Had a great experience with a luxury trailer rental from CLP. THEY helped me schedule the rental and was very professional and knowledgeable. Our delivery driver was very kind when making the delivery on the day of our event. They made sure everything was set and ready to go. Dealing with this company was a great experience and I will use them again without a doubt. Thanks CLP you are #1 for #2s. THE Best party poopers in town.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called to cancel a porter-pot delivery over 48 hours from the event & they would not give me my money back when I had to cancel due to plans changing due to weather. was told cancellation policy is 24 hours before delivery and I was under the impression it would be delivered a day before the event because that is what Karen said but when I tried to cancel on Friday (2 days before event on Sunday) they said i would have had to cancel Thursday because they don't deliver weekends. Well when I told Karen the event was Sunday when I booked. you would think she would have clarified things and not tell me it will be delivered 1 day before event because to me, that meant Saturday! So much miscommunication & lack of communication on her end and then they weren't even willing to give me half a refund when it was never even delivered- again I called 2 days before the event. They do not care about their customers only money. Ask to speak to manager and called him back left a message and never heard back. Very disappointed in how they ignored this issue and stole my money.
