My issue isn't with the actual post office but with my mail carrier. My mailman is the laziest person I've ever seen. He's completely unwilling to get out of his car. Today I had canvas portraits delivered and he hung them on my flag instead of putting them in my dedicated package box. He has also repeatedly refused to come ring the doorbell to have my sign for certified mail. 4 years in a row. I have gone down and complained multiple times to the post office but they don't care.

Very helpful and kind workers! I accidentally sent my package the wrong address (instead of the post office) and they were so willing to help me find it. One employee even came with me to find my lost package. My family and I have frequented this post office over the past few months, and every interaction we’ve had has been very positive.

I had an order over a week ago. It went to Akron. I'm in Medina. Why did it go all the way there! USPS fault! I paid for 3 day delivery!

My mail is always put in the wrong box and someone elses mail is put in my box. And when I called and complained I was told to just go ahead and put it in the right box. Well thats not my job. I ordered things online and the website says they were delivered to my box and they never were. Its getting old.

My wife and I recently had several packages to send and the Postal Persons were very helpful! Particularly by providing us boxes and explaining the process to ship to our Army son in Afghanistan. On another more complex matter, I had to change the physical address from a duplex address to a single family dwelling, they explained the process and helped make it happen.
