Bought a Summer pass membership and it has definitely paid off. I take the kids at least once a week, they play for 1-2 hours, and I get to work on my crochet, catch up on emails, or read. For one kid, the cost of a summer pass is made up in about three visits. Plus when you go during the week, it's practically empty. So fun!

Sky Zone! Well it is an interesting place and me being 62 years old. I was more interested in how the kids liked it. So as I observed them I noticed that they were having a great time. Even my son and daughter (in their 30's) were enjoying the basketball and the large slide well my daughter-in-law took a liking to it! So I wandered over to the video game section with my grandson Lorenzo and we had fun. I spent about an hour with my grandsons there ( I wish they had a wider arrangement of video games, being from the 80s breakout!) We reserved the place for Aiden's 9th birthday party. And he really enjoyed it! It appears that all the children there were having a good time. So, my opinion, well I'd leave that one to the youngsters! ( 5 stars for them!) Thank you Sky Zone! For an interesting & enjoyable time. B.Corbin©

Beautiful facility and nice size. I was there for a birthday party for my niece with my husband and 17 month old daughter. The 4 and under section was not even up and we had to get off when it got to crowded. She ended up playing with the cones in the corner by the closed section. Once we got to the party room and I asked for a high chair, they told me there wasn't any in the whole building. How does a family/children establishment not have high chairs? Employees were just apathetic and didn't even apologize.

Pretty disappointed in sky zone. I took my children (ages 5 and 8) on Mother’s Day morning and we arrived at 9:45am. There was literally one other family there and the place was EMPTY. They wouldn’t let my 8 year old daughter play ( apparently it opens up to older kids at 11am). This was not well advertised on the website. My daughter was devastated. We decided to wait around- however after about 30 minutes- still no customers had arrived and the place was empty. I observed the staff members playing in the foam pits and on the swings. Growing impatient- I asked if they would make an exception since it was an adult/ employees/ and my 5 year old were still the only ones enjoying the fun. The manager said no.

Staff is worthless too busy talking to their friends than watching kids . The last six months I’ve been here the first time a fight occurred between two kids no staff was there to break it up this last time today there was a about 12 year old looking boy in the dodge ball area knocked my five year old son to the ground on his head and took his ball .a little girl came up to us with a ball and said the boy was being a bully to everyone . I lost it then they actually started paying attention. I’m sure that was short lived . It does not feel safe here at all for the kids . He wasn’t the first kid that got pushed to the ground that day by someone way bigger because staff was too busy paying attention to their friends . DO BETTER .

Their socks are specifically designed for their own trampolines, no other trampoline park sock will work. It's astonishing and I'm gonna shock you even more.. They charge you for their socks.Must. Do. Better

My son had his 5th birthday party here and to me it actually sucked! The only person who was warm and inviting was the lady who checked us in Leslie. She was really nice and very informative but if I had known I was going to have such a rude and Standoffish attitude host I would have never chosen this place. Taylor needs a raise! Thanks, Taylor maybe you can show the host Max how to be more of a people person I did his job for him and served my food all he did was serve the cake. I feel like he needs education on proper cross-contamination with the gloves he was using. Another thing I didn't like was they were making pizzas with no hair nets on disgusting. I felt like the whole time everything was rush rush rush! But whatever that was my last time having a party at skyzone. Also the party room was freezing I asked for the air to be turned down because my grandparents were there and I was ignored! For what I paid for my child party I expected top notch service I didn’t get that at all.

This place is fun but it's also sheer chaos.

Only one trampoline area open for little leapers and all of us crammed into one area wasn't worth the $$.. why not open atleast two so we could spread out a little more? Also boasting "teamwork" on your website, but having rigidity when the kids are working together to build a one level wall of foam cubes on one trampoline to jump through. No one was waiting, and no one but staff had an issue, then asking them to stop? I get it.. but then how about the staff enforce adults to not jump like jack wagons from one trampoline to the other in the one area we were given.. just seems odd? Let the toddlers have their areas without adults jumping high. Wasn't very cool, we will pass on going to this location again..
