They replaced the starter and fixed leaks on my '79 Gehl skid steer. The service member that did the repairs went above and beyond my expectations. Runs like a champ now. Very happy with the work they did on such an old model.

I bought my tractor Apple in Botkins several several years ago. It was a great experience from beginning to end.
Unfortunately the parts department is severely lacking when compared to their sales department. I recently needed a part for my tractor and naturally called Apple to see if they had it in stock. The gentleman from the service department said he would call me back and let me know if they had it. He told me this three days in a row when I called again but he never called me back to let me know if they had the part. I had to order one online and my tractor will be out of commission for several days while I wait for a part to arrive through the mail.
I hope that the owner of the company has a chat with his parts department concerning the lack of service.
Very disappointing. I was planning on buying a couple more attachments from Apple in the future but I will be spending my money with a company that appreciates it.

Bought a new Kioti compact tractor with mid mower and front loader. Salesman Eric Foght was friendly and professional, he delivered the machine within a couple of hours and spent alot of time explaining all the features and operation.

Excellent parts lead. Putting new knives on my NH bailer and the parts leader helped me through where some things go after research on his part. He knew what he was talking about. The interesting thing about it all, I bought the kits closer to my residence and not there. What a great business philosophy.
They have my attention.

Terrible customer service! Bought a clutch from them. Did not come in box or sold with complete parts. Clutch didn’t work. Took my grasshopper into the service dept. to have them check it. Said clutch was missing a part and proceeded to charge me another $780 over the price of the original clutch, but told me clutch would be under warranty and I would be refunded that amount. Paid my bill and was charged on my credit card $ 2300.00 and took me 2 weeks to get that straightened out and multiple phone calls. Never did warranty the new clutch that was purchased there. To top that off I was told the mower was ready and get there to pick it up and it would not start! Just awful customer care and service!

Some of the mechanics are grumpy and they didn't return the equipment clean after repair. Greasy hand prints everywhere. They Tore out the wiring for my back up camera and didn't put it back so I had to do it. Repairs were pretty quick tho.
