I just had a terrible experience with the Botkins Ohio store Manager. She was extremely rude and sent me away. Avoid her at all costs! Especially when you interrupt her break!

It’s a pretty good place I’ve worked there and plan to work there again this summer. But if there’s one thing I don’t like about the store it’s one employee/co-worker whom I won’t name who doesn’t do anything and always manages to make people angry.

I was at that store yesterday. Flower display is beautiful and they carry fantastic decorative items. The women working there are so kind and helpful! Such a pleasant experience. I'll go there often, I wanted to buy everything, lol. Great store, loved it !
