It’s such a cozy, welcoming community with great amenities — from the game room to the dog park and convenient laundry facilities, it has everything we need and more. We only have a few neighbors in our building, which makes it easy to know everyone and feel at home. The leasing office is responsive and handles any concerns quickly, with maintenance always arriving promptly. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live!”
“This is a great place to live and is close to everything and the management is so loving and kind and so accommodating!!! I definitely would recommend checking this place out!!! Teresa is definitely the best landlord out there. She is very sweet. Also, Ronnie is the best maintenance guy out there. He is really down to earth and really accommodating.”

“We love living here. Janelle and Ryan are wonderful. The complex is clean, quiet and peaceful. The other people that live here all seem very nice. Kids are safe to play and run around. Landscaping is kept up on and we're allowed to plant flowers! Maintenance requests are handled quickly. We've been here for a few months now, and it's been the best renting experience we've had in Bowling Green.”

“I have lived here for about 4 years and I am surrounded by people who have lived here for longer if it was such a terrible place people would not choose to live here that long . We have maintenence on sight who is always willing to help you with whatever you need fixed . Online pay , keep a cute little garden , great neighbors , and quick problem resolution and decent prices .”

“Like everyone else has said, Shamrock Village is probably one of the best places to rent in BG. Affordable rent, prompt and friendly maintenance, and Quentin is a phenomenal manager. Lived here for three years and wouldn’t change a thing!”
