made me pay a ticket despite being my first offense and also already have in a past in a parking lot, I could legally park in with such pass. An awful service and borderline illegal.

Car broke down on campus so had to leave it over night. Called the next morning that it broke down and asked if I would get a ticket. They said I would not get a ticket. Few minutes later I get a notification for a ticket

would give a zero. makes students walk miles from their car and tickets you despite having a permit and parking in the correct lot. will ticket you multiple times in under an hour. have trouble walking from lot from mobility issues and they consistently ticket you when you try to park any closer or drop things off. terrible
