The staff is very rude and information is misleading. They sell more parking passes than available spots which in my opinion is unethical and honestly fraudulent. Shame on BGSU for allowing parking services to remain this way.

I paid $200 for a parking pass and they overadmitted people and now I can’t even park. I drove around campus for 30 minutes looking for a spot and couldn’t find one. They were very rude when I tried to talk to them about it.

It's my first day on campus ever, and I got a warning. I parked in faculty parking when there were no clear signs that it was for staff only. Maybe you should tell students, when buying a parking pass, where they can park, because I had no idea.
