The worst experience ever. I wasted over 30 minutes and got absolutely nothing done. I knew more about Chase’s services than the branch manager did. Completely unacceptable. Terrible experience — I’ll never return to this branch again.

This bank understands the meaning of customer service. While traveling from out of state and not having a Chase branch in my town, I needed to address my deceased mothers account in yet a 3rd state. The branch manager, Sarah, made several calls and emails to rectify a situation that was created elsewhere in another location. She worked tirelessly and would not accept an incomplete resolution sending me down the road to deal with this at a later date. Everything was resolved during my impromptu visit. I highly recommend Chase bank especially the bowling green location.

Pick a different bank Waited on hold for hours, blown off, and lectured for being frustrated. The local branch no longer appears capable of actually doing anything. They cannot help you and will leave you on the phone forever for everything before disconnecting. Terrible ATM availability locally.

They can not cashed my life check because I don't have enough money in my checking account to cover the check that is ok but she put black stamp on my check cancelled. This make difficult to cash my check on other place. By the way I didn't authorize her to put any stamps and marks on my check. Second she must check availability on my funds before proceeding I already put my card in a slot. Very Very unprofessional

Bowling Green Chase bank was opened in 2017 December. It has 3 ATMs, one of them has access for disabled persons. ATMs are available 24*7. The staff of the bank is really friendly and welcoming. They provide an efficient service. I opened a new checking account here. It took less than 30 minutes. There were some coupons available for newly opened checking accounts in Chase bank. At the sane time, you can apply for Chase credit cards here.
