I've had nothing but good experiences; however, recently, a woman in her late 30s/40s with dark hair, glasses, and a black Circle K shirt has been coarse and condescending. I understand that working in customer service is exhausting and frustrating; however, I try very hard to be an easy customer who is kind and wants to get in and out as quickly as possible, which is why this is so frustrating. Each interaction I've had with her has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. That said, all of the younger folks and anyone in a Red Circle K shirt have only been kind and wonderful! I enjoy seeing them when I go in, even if I don't interact much with them!

Please tell me where it is a state law or store policy to make you go outside to get your spouses ID for you to purchase nicotine. When you yourself is over 21 years old. There is only one individual that works there that makes your experience absolutely painful!

Store is well stocked, bathrooms are what you can expect from gas station bathrooms (pretty dirty). Register service is pretty fast but if it is busy they only have 2 registers, a self serve and a regular register, and they get pretty congested. Additionally, the self serve scans your items when you put them on the counter, instead of you scanning the barcode, which is a cool idea except it doesn't always work great and if you have a lot of items you may not be able to fit them all on the counter which takes even more time. Polar pop machine is usually in working order but often when they run out of iced tea flavors, they are out for months.

Despicable! The woman who was working the register broke my $100 bill and shorted me $10 on my change. After she noticed me counting it, she proceeded to say that my $100 bill was fake. I went to the bank where they verified it was real. This location will try to steal your money. Do not go here!!

The staff are nice but the prices tend to be on the pricier side for Bowling Green. As well the place can get very busy during the bar hours since it's fairly close to the university.

Beyond rude. Called cops for using restroom for no apparent reason. I was going in to buy a a pop and he kicked us out. Very discriminating to customers.

After moving back to BG from a major city, I figured there was no way this Circle K could even touch how bad our previous location was. Boy was I wrong. Dirty, genuinely uninterested employees, and even got to hear the manager complaining about another employee on the phone in the middle of the store. It's easy to see why a place like this isn't pleasurable to visit: poor management practices breeds poor employees. I'll definitely be going elsewhere from now on.

First off, I went in there at 12:42' am and told by some dorky looking kid that they can not sell alcohol past 12:45 and it wasn't even that late. There own corporate office post sales to 1:am. So they shut it down early. You can bet I will be complaining to there corporate office.
