Absolutely terrible. Drivers. We have had drivers try to steel our packages. We have multiple drivers say they cannot deliver packages. Yet we have cameras that prove they were never on our property. This facility and drivers are shoukd be under investigation.

Always a problem with FedEx. They never deliver the packages to the building accurately even though there are 2 signs telling them where to go, instead they just leave things on the steps facing the street where anyone can walk by and take it. Called multiple times and left instructions multiple times on where to deliver the packages. Packages are always delayed because they can't be bothered I guess. Never had a problem with any of the other delivery services FedEx is literally the only one in town that can't seem to follow directions, update tracking properly or deliver packages.

unhelpful people. They botched my printing and offered to shred and only give me half price refund. I had made these exact prints but got them printed by a different company months earlier in michigan, same paper weight and everything and the differences are stark. Do not print Art posters here !

I’m sure the staff is great but there is no need to pay 21 cents for a copy. Support your local library. It’s far easier to use the library’s copier and you support your local community, not FedEx. No hold on your credit card at the library and the quality of the copy was better at the library 🤣. Plus, you can pick up a movie or book on your way out. No thanks, Fedex

Package was on a truck to be delivered to me but they decided not to?? and instead put the package into another van and did not update the tracking until it passed the due date. Mind you this was overnight shipping supposed to be delivered by noon.I missed part of mother's day weekend because of this, it was a time sensitive package. I literally live 3 minutes from this location and they STILL could not do their jobs.

They literally stole my package and won’t answer my calls now. Said the package was delivered but for the delivery picture all I got was a picture of a blurry hand and no package. Told me I couldn’t file a claim with them and the person that sent me the package has to file a claim.

FedEx is TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I work 3rd shift and my package came while I was asleep so I called to see if I could pick it up . I was given the address which was a little far from me but I made the drive to get my package just to be told that I couldn’t take MY PACKAGE with me because I’m not 21. Very disappointment considering the package isn’t anything that should require an id or to be 21 to get it.

Never ending problems with fedex. I had shipment that was supposed to be here Tuesday and never came. I have another supposed to be delivered today. I am not getting my hopes up! FedEx sucks

I have used FedEx many times in Bowling Green Oh. They were fantastic! Some items were hard to package but they did it and did it while I watched, mostly. Everything delivered in timely fashion. Will continue to use them.
