I have been baking with them since I was 18. Never had a problem. Financed my first house with them. Also helpful whether in person or by phone. Highly recommend if looking for a bank.

Wow. What can I say? Before I went into the Bowling Green, OH branch on August 27, 2022 to update my information, I would have given this branch a 5-Star review.I went into the branch to update my legal name on my account, which was done with no issue once I provided a copy of my divorce decree (Thankfully, I had a copy on file because when I called the Customer Service line, I was told I would NOT need it.), along with my ID. Well, the issue that arose was in regard to my debit card. Before I left the branch, I asked the representative who worked with me to order a new copy of my debit card, since my name has legally changed, to which she told me that she would need to wait until that following Monday, which was August 29, 2022 to order my card to allow time for the system to process my name change.This was fine, HOWEVER, when my card had not arrived by Saturday, September 3, 2022, I needed to see what was going on with my card. After calling back into the Customer Service line, I learned that my card had in fact NOT BEEN ordered AND I had to go through the process of getting into my account that had been locked. This is very disturbing to me because I work out of town and it causes a great inconvenience for me when things like this arise.Again, before this incident, I have been so pleased with the Bowling Green, OH branch of Fifth-Third Bank. Please work on this issue.

Called the branch ph# at 10:07a on Friday, received a message no one there to answer my call and hung up on me.Horrible customer relations. You don't even rate the one star I had to give you.

I got excellent services when I went to open my account in fifth third bank from the banker Patience.I left the bank with a great feeling of belonging. Keep it up.

I have no complaints whatsoever about this branch! Everybody there is friendly and helpful. It's the only branch I prefer to go to.

Wanted to say thank you to the 5/3 Bank Tellers: great customer service; even when errors occur they work hard to take care of it. They get to know their members and, at least in my case, have gone out of their way to make things run smoothly and efficiently.

Inside service for the banking is excellent. The tellers make it a point to know your name and be friendly. Good service.

Awful. They continually have messed things up. Randomly cancelled debit cards. Wrong names on things. They’re extremely pushy to get their credit cards. Now they’ve changed my checking to a savings which I would normally be fine with fixing. BUT, they had told me through customer service (many months prior) that I was only receiving a warning and that this would not happen. Now suddenly I’m being charged a maintenance fee for a checking account I was told I would not have.

the fact that 5hg 3rd closed their local branch on w. Main and has only one place offering full banking services here is a big drawback.

I've been with 5/3rd for years now, and I personally like the BG Branch. The workers are helpful, as are the managers.
