Need training in customer service, phone etiquette, they are not professional in any sense there is no followp with their customers. We waited weeks for information, we finally called only to be told they had mailed a letter. We never received a letter. The whole bunch needs retraining.

No restroom available to the customer. They usually are capable of doing the job. Only certain few seem to be friendlier and reach out better. One can only do the shared branching on the inside: so make sure to get there before 4:30pm !

Used this bank and this branch for over 10 years and never had a problem until recently. The new staff are not educated or trained enough and create MAJOR issues within the account. Sadly won't be going to that branch again.

Awful customer service wouldn't recommend this Bank to anyone . when into deposit a check and all I got was hassle and it up having to go to my branch to deposit the check .

I joined this credit union over two years ago and am still super happy. I've never had any surprise fees and love that every time I call them with a question, I get someone local who can answer my questions. The staff here are very friendly and willing to help. Last time I was in, I overheard as one of the bank management members sat with a customer and helped walk her through using their new app for well over 20 minutes. Despite their size, they have all the online banking features I'd expect at a big bank, but without the hassles. Over the years, I've banked with pretty much all the other banks in town but always ended up leaving because of incomprehensible policies, unpleasant service, and the fact that my desire to deal almost entirely in cash other than my bills meant that I would end up paying fees because I wasn't doing enough transactions each month. The credit union network they're part of means I never have issues finding an ATM that doesn't charge me a fee. I really couldn't be happier.
