Goodwill Bowling Green is a clean and well laid out store. Staff are friendly and helpful, with some employees receiving high praise. The store supports individuals with learning disabilities, treating them very nicely. Customers can both donate items and buy things they have been looking for. However, some pricing is seen as near new prices, and one customer reported a rude and disrespectful interaction with a staff member.
I just dropped some stuff off to donate and the guy in there was very rude and disrespectful, I asked for my boxes back because I’m moving and he was pretty much yelling at me about it! Wow what a j*****

Well organized. I didn't find anything today but I enjoyed looking. Prices are fair.
