He was professional, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was explained clearly and handled quickly. Initial confirmation email had an incorrect facility map attached, but Randy was able to address the issue and get me the correct one very quickly and even gave me multiple options on how to send it over, based on what worked best for me!

Easy process, quick turnaround, helpful support team. We had a deal that was significantly cheaper for the first two months which worked out perfectly as we only needed the unit for that long. Full price is still comparably worth it when looking at other units.

Go somewhere else I get my unit broke in and then I paid for the insurance and then all I hear from it is proof u have it I rent all the proof I need bolts is s good for nothing

I’ve rented through Bolt Storage a couple of times now with great success. The initial discounts that they offer are helpful for me as a student that just needs a temporary place to store furniture between moving.
Their customer service team has always been quick and easy for me to work with. I spoke with Tony and Randy about changing my move-in date/insurance policy and both calls were very pleasant experiences

I currently have a unit and it leaked so it caused all our furniture to mold, didn't have receipts so no insurance coverage. Had them give us a new unit, got half of our stuff moved and it leaked worse, had to move the stuff all back to original unit. Now they want to charge me for the 2nd leaking unit along with our original unit. Not a good way to do business....I pay 150 a month for a 8x8x20 currently they are renting them for 75.00 a month.
DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS they take advantage of people.

Rented an 8 x 20 storage unit. Very easy sign up process, got access immediately to the unit. Storage area was very clean, water tight and a great value! I would recommend Bolt Storage to anyone looking for an inexpensive storage area.
