Carl, the paint guy, is awesome! He is a wealth of information and is helpful with his suggestions. I could tell that he has had much experience and knowledge in the paint industry in his past. Carl was kind and friendly as he helped us decide on our paint colors. Home Depot, you have an outstanding employee!!

Went to pick up 2 items and the staff was very incompetent. Couldn't find them , didn't know what they were looking for, took over a half an hour. Slowest, most incompetent Hone Depot around

Yesterday, I visited this location and was advised and assisted by a gentleman name Tyler S. He was so helpful and kind to me in helping me with a project I needed to do. It was my first time doing something like this and I am very grateful for his professionalism and assistance. He went above and beyond for me! Thanks again Tyler S!!

I'll never shop at Home Depot again. Placed a $4,000 order from Home Depot online and had shipped to BG store. I get there to pick it up and they try to rush out the door with it. Thank God I decided to check and make sure everything was there. It wasn't. A major component to the heating/AC unit was missing. After 30 minutes of them not being able to find it they tell me they'll cancel the order and re-purchase. Then they told me it would be "safer" to ship to my house so they don't lose anything. Then they tell me oh yeah, you'll have to pay shipping. How unprofessional is that? I left there went to Lowe's and save $250 on the same item

Home Depot has tools and supplies to keep your home in functional order.Whether you are a contractor or DIYer, you'll find what you need or have it delivered very quickly if it's not in stock.-1 start for the window/kitchen/cabinet/countertop remodel sales people that wander the isles and harass me while shopping trying to get out and give me a quote for those types of projects. They don't seem to accept "no thank you" for an answer and try to continue the conversation.

Daughter purchased a washer from Home Depot. It was supposed to be delivered on Jan 20th, but there was an issue, of course. Then was supposed to be delivered on Jan 23th, but they canceled due to the freezing rain that was gone by noon & my daughter lost a day of pay. Washer finally delivered today Jan 27th, with a dent in the side of it. Mind you not bad & she could of sent it back, but she had been without a washer for 3 weeks & Home Depot only refunded $30.00 of a $900.00 washer. I'm done with Home Depot. Lousy customer service & sell damaged merchandise.

Nice place to shop for almost anything. Bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, carpeting cleaning supplies paint brushes, refrigerators Christmas decorations outside and inside. Candy. Big things and little things. Go shopping and have fun!
