completely unprofessional and liars taking the elderly for granted. Paid all in cash upfront $6000 and they keep lying about the condition. Over a year later and nothings been done and they keep lying about whats going on with it. Absolutely fed up.
I wouldn't recommend this shop ever.

My daughter's ford mustang v six had a misfire on cylinder 4 We had it scanned autozone. She took the car to k and e They told her she needed a coil. She paid them to put a coil in she gets a call saying her car's done. She drives it down the road. Not even 4 blocks. The car was running worse than when she took it. Obviously no one test drove the car after they worked on it She takes it back, they tell her. They will look at it set out front for 2 weeks. Never called us we called them always the same story. The boss is out of town. The boss is sick. Long story short, she got the car back running the same way. It ran when she took it there. But now she's out money and has to take it to a real mechanic shop that has. The right tools to work on her car.

My dad had already made a review on this auto repair shop but he neglected to share another piece of information. In fact it’s somehow the only other negative review… Anyways that first picture was my car 6 days prior to being it into the shop. The second, is a picture I took of my car after receiving my car back… The little dents right above the tire, before it starts to curve, were there when we purchased the vehicle. But that huge dent next to the gas hatch was not there before bring it into the shop. So, not only did they break a part off the inside of my car, and allowed us to drive away with it like that. They also had damaged the outside of my car. I would never recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. It’s very disappointing to experience service like this.

Took my daughter’s car in to get looked at and they claimed they fixed the problem but when we got our car back the next day it wouldn’t run right. The engine was missing parts and they broke it off. (See pic) So when I called to talk about what happened, he said his technician that worked on it was not in yet and he would call me back when he talked to him. The conversation was over a week ago, still waiting on the return phone call. I guess that “technician” has not made it into work yet ??♂️ I would not recommend them to anyone!!

My vehicle was involved in an accident where it sustained serious damage to the front fender toward the passenger side. Despite how busy they were, they managed to squeeze in just enough time to pull the dent out far enough to where it was drivable again. It was both very fast and affordable. I visited E&K automotive repair. the owner didn't seem very friendly, I asked him to replace a crankshaft sensor for my Mazda 3 2009. so, he told his worker to do the job, but this gentleman didn't seem like he knew what he was about to work with. it took him 2 hours to replace a simple sensor! at the end, my car didn't start, he kept saying he didn't know what was going on, I was worried that he was gonna break my starter. so he go so frustrated and ended up putting the old sensor back on, and I still got charged for the Job that was never done. he even said he was gonna charge me twice if I bring another sensor. because I refuse to pay them what they were asking, the owner called the cops on me, and everyone were bullying at me calling me idiot and lying about me wanting to hit one of his worker. the hold my car for 2 hours and forced me to pay $108.60 dollars. I brought my car to a friend's house, and I look it up on YouTube how to replace the sensor. so I replaced it myself. I found that this guy at E&K automotive repair did the job all wrong. now my car is running with the same sensor that they said it was not good. if I can't get my money back, this people owe me an apology for treated me the way they did.

Kelly was great, I had a exhaust leak and fixed it with no problem!Now I have a newer car that I need the Cadillac Converter cleanded out on and I know he can do it!

Such a professional owner and very honest. He was able to diagnose my car issue and he didn't charge me overpriced fee. I would recommend and use this repair shop in the future.
