We experienced extraordinary customer service from every employee at this store. We had a strange situation on a warranty issue and they helped us out even though they did not have to. We were deeply impressed by all of the staff and manager and will do business for years to come.

Hayatt is amazing to work with!We quit going to Kay Jewlers after we were disrespected and were treated rudely by the previous manager. The previous manager went so far as to tell us to find another jeweler.On a whim we gave Kay another chance, we are so glad we did.Hayatt treated us so well, she was polite, answered all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend Hayatt for any recognition Kay may have. Thank you, Hayatt, because of you, your knowledge, professionalism and kindness we will be returning our business to Kay Jewelers.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at the Kay Jewelers! Hayatt and Tori were incredibly helpful and attentive, guiding me and my husband to find the perfect piece. I bought a neckless a few days before Christmas, only for the chain to snap on its own a few hours after it was opened. I took it in to be fixed with the receipt and full protection plan, and they said it will take several weeks to fix and get back to me. Low quality product AND protection service on the product. Please spend your money elsewhere like I wish I had.

Horrible service. I come to the store, in person, and they don’t have the earrings that I am looking for. So Makena “Orders” the earrings for me. I put in my credit card info, pay, and am told that I am good to pick the earrings up after I get my confirmation email. $254 with the lifetime warranty. Perfect! I get an email of confirmation. 2 weeks go by and all of a sudden the store cannot help me locate my order. No tracking info, because it was placed online (By Makena, the store’s employee)…. It’s quite odd that the person who placed the order can’t help me. Then, I come into the store (No contact up to this point) and I see 3 employees. As I walk over, Makena disappears into the back, she just walks away. Then, as I play her voicemail that she left me stating, “I just talked to my manager. She said the order was placed and you can come to the store and pick up the earrings whenever you are ready,” They say that they don’t have any information on my order and I need to call corporate… When I called the store (Not corporate), I was belittled as if I was in the wrong. “I just told you, you need to check your email. We can’t do anything, contact corporate.” In other words, they placed my order, confirmed my order, told me to come pick it up, messed up somewhere, told me to get out of there face essentially (We can’t help, you need to go to corporate), then tried to charge me $350 for just the earrings without any warranty, and ruined my Christmas. People, go somewhere that will at least try to fix their mistakes. We are all human and make mistakes, but the lack of care or effort to fix their mistake or even inform me of the situation was astonishing. This was on their end, corporate said they canceled because they were unable to get the item to their store… It would’ve been so simple to tell me that, instead of walking away from me or giving me attitude over the phone (The attitude was not from Makena). This store is .2 miles from my house and they lost a customer for life. Wedding bands, future jewelry, etc. I will drive to Toledo or Findlay to do business.

Sale associates wanna argue and managers wanna argue about a ring that was bought that I’m allergic to and they say different. Like they know my body…? and don’t want to do anything to help either. They are very self centered and only looking to make a quick sale and that’s it.

Every time we come in we have a pleasant experience with the people working. They always answer our questions, inspect our jewels with great care, and pay great attention to detail - and when they shine up our pieces they are as good as new! This is our favorite Kay’s and that’s saying a lot because we’ve lived in many cities. Small store, excellent service!

Wife ordered ring here,and clerk ordered wrong size after just being fitted.After two trips back and forth to this location(30 miles each way)we find the first time was closed in the middle of day for cleaning,WHAT?The next time it seems as as though they've changed hours,therefore we wait around until 11:00AM..Told my wife this may be last time to this store.
