Pharmacy drive through closes before their actual closing time, even if you're sitting right there in your car at the drive thru. It's ridiculous to not be open during your posted hours of operation. They said it's so they don't get a line. I can understand not letting people get in line after the closing time but it was ten minutes before they close.

My experience here is not good. They said I had no refills but they never bothered to check my file.

Just made the switch to Kroger pharmacy and they were super helpful and amazing. I do not have insurance right now for a small amount of time and the person at the pharmacy was able to help make my prescription affordable! Everyone I interacted with was super friendly. Very glad I made the switch.

I realize that ADD meds are controlled in Ohio. However, at Kroger's, I used to be able to get it 5 days in advance. The first half of last year, I started getting pushed around by the staff here. Since my doctor sends the prescription electronically, I'm able to go and ask the pharmacy staff to start working on it up to 5 days in advance. Last year, they started saying that they couldn't fill it until the date put on the script by m doctor. I got frustrated by this. After a few times of this, the staff member called me out on my frustration. I had one more script at this one, so I got that filled and went to Rite Aid on the other side of town. I'll still shop here because the rest of the staff seem friendly. But my pharmaceutical needs they lost because Rite Aid is more helpful.

Literally closes during everyone's lunch break every day. Why are their employees not on staggered breaks

Visiting BG. Tried to order online for pick-up. "Order can't be processed". Error message. Customer service: "well, this is the first time you've used this service. Wait 24 hours and try again." Nah and thanks for nothing. Disclaimer: I've never been a fan of Kroger and appreciate deeply the chain is not in my home market.

I guess I am done shopping at Kroger's. I hate that they monopolize the big grocery market in this area, wish we had choices like Publix or Winn-Dixie. Always rude, only half stocked shelves, and absolutely no polite staff. I realize all businesses are currently shortstaffed, but there is no reason, when you ask an employee where some thing is, they waive their hand vaguely and say out on the sales floor. If I had a clue where it was I wouldn't be asking you would I? Then, in ringing up several small cordials at the self check out, I had to show ID. That's fine I totally get it! However she was rude about asking for it, and could not care less than she did about her job. Definitely going to avoid Kroger from now on. Overall a bad experience. I know that there are shortages, but from what I understand Kroger doesn't have shortages other than shortages of people to stock their shelves. Certainly not interested in retaining business since they monopolize this end of Ohio

Very efficient and timely service! The technicians and pharmacist here have always been open and have made going to the pharmacy a quick stop process.

one of the most craziest places , they hire people to dance and sing. yup they hire people to have fun and play. the place smells like fish inside the employees have scowls and look very unpleasant and scary. the new employee are dancing and singing and playing oh and if you ask for help they say " we got hired to dance and sing" you have no choice to ask grumpy scowls to wait on you. but I mean if I has to work with dancing singing people I guess I would be mean looking. the managers look very over bearing and stalk the employees or so that's what it looks like but they don't bother with the singing new hires they hired. they do not follow minor labor laws . while in line the bagger was asked if he could work overtime , he responded fed with that's against minor labor laws and they said yes but we need your help and it will pay extra.. someone needs to call health dept on the fish stank small and someone needs to turn them in for breaking minor labor laws. they need to stop hiring new people to dance and sing, that's not a pleasant sight for customers. treat your workers better so they are not scowling and just be nice to your people !

No problem with staff but really annoyed that the drive thru is not open alot of the time. So inconvenient when you have little kids that you have to go inside and haul them all in the store and then wait in a long line inside. Kroger needs to step up or shut down the drive thru all together. At least we would know there's not a drive thru before we get there.

It took 5 days to get my prescription because they don't know the difference between a primary and a secondary insurance. If that medication was insulin i would be dead right now.

I would give a negative review if I could. They neglected to call me for 12 hours following my daughter's prescription being called in by her provider. I waited and waited for a text to say it was ready and finally went in. Then I get there and they tell me it's gonna be 30 to 45 minutes. Then I walk around with my sick 2 month old daughter for 35 minutes before receiving a text message from the pharmacy stating that her prescription won't be ready until the next day. Then I wait in a long a** line to ask them about the text message after I had already been walking around for 35 minutes and waiting for the prescription that they said would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. I finally get to the front desk and the lady tells me her prescription just came in the morning of UPS and that they won't be able to fill it until tomorrow evening, mind you this is my 2 month old daughter's breathing treatments. So they actually expected my 2 month old daughter to wait 3 days before getting her breathing treatments. The medication was there in boxes and instead of rushing it and getting it out of the boxes they told me all well maybe you should just go somewhere else. They were very rude inconsiderate and absolutely lacked any compassion toward my 2 month old baby. The pharmacist needs fired. It was ridiculous and could have been life threatening for a 2 month old.

This is my preferred store to get my prescriptions filled at. They're very quick and helpful both on the phone and in store. I've never had to wait too terribly long to get my medications. The staff are nice and always make sure everything is accommodating.
