It may be more expensive than getting prepackaged deli meats/cheese along the back wall of the store but it's worth the extra money to get fresh better tasting meats and cheeses here.

Visiting BG. Tried to order online for pick-up. "Order can't be processed". Error message. Customer service: "well, this is the first time you've used this service. Wait 24 hours and try again." Nah and thanks for nothing. Disclaimer: I've never been a fan of Kroger and appreciate deeply the chain is not in my home market.

I guess I am done shopping at Kroger's. I hate that they monopolize the big grocery market in this area, wish we had choices like Publix or Winn-Dixie. Always rude, only half stocked shelves, and absolutely no polite staff. I realize all businesses are currently shortstaffed, but there is no reason, when you ask an employee where some thing is, they waive their hand vaguely and say out on the sales floor. If I had a clue where it was I wouldn't be asking you would I? Then, in ringing up several small cordials at the self check out, I had to show ID. That's fine I totally get it! However she was rude about asking for it, and could not care less than she did about her job. Definitely going to avoid Kroger from now on. Overall a bad experience. I know that there are shortages, but from what I understand Kroger doesn't have shortages other than shortages of people to stock their shelves. Certainly not interested in retaining business since they monopolize this end of Ohio

one of the most craziest places , they hire people to dance and sing. yup they hire people to have fun and play. the place smells like fish inside the employees have scowls and look very unpleasant and scary. the new employee are dancing and singing and playing oh and if you ask for help they say " we got hired to dance and sing" you have no choice to ask grumpy scowls to wait on you. but I mean if I has to work with dancing singing people I guess I would be mean looking. the managers look very over bearing and stalk the employees or so that's what it looks like but they don't bother with the singing new hires they hired. they do not follow minor labor laws . while in line the bagger was asked if he could work overtime , he responded fed with that's against minor labor laws and they said yes but we need your help and it will pay extra.. someone needs to call health dept on the fish stank small and someone needs to turn them in for breaking minor labor laws. they need to stop hiring new people to dance and sing, that's not a pleasant sight for customers. treat your workers better so they are not scowling and just be nice to your people !

It's a Kroger and it has Kroger things and does expected Kroger stuff. The staff are nice. The store is clean. The restrooms are clean. Publix is the best grocery store but for a Kroger, this is a good Kroger.

This is a review for the wine and growler part of the Kroger. Great selection of beer and wine on tap. 50 cents/4oz sample (limit 4 samples/day). Plenty of sours, IPAs, and dark beer! Grab a pint or two and do your grocery shopping as well! Growler/howler prices are also very reasonable!

Kroger failed me today. I picked up one cheese ball and went to the liquor store. They sold be liquor buy would NOT check out my single item. New store policy. I was told that there are convenient kiosks on my way out by Starbucks. I went there and they were all closed. I left in disgust ans yes I am the one who left the cheese ball on the kiosk. Kroger is the full service, high price store that should take care of their customers. After 40 years, I am getting disappointed more every trip. Must be a new manager in town intent on perfecting the system and driving off customers. Not happy.

I go to the store early to avoid things being out of stock, Kroger is the only store you go to that has empty shelves at 6:30 am. They aren't even open until 6 how did they not have enough time to stock the shelves...if you're not going to stock the shelves could you at least make sure the price tags are under the correct product? I'm starting to think you put the wrong tag by a higher price product so you can get ppl to buy the higher cost products and they believe the price is lower all because the price tag is in the wrong place...t don't feel this is accidental because it happens way too often and when you bring it to an associates attention they DO NOT immediately fix it. I can't believe I was so excited for the marketplace...definitely a rip off!!
