I'm writing this as a public service to any future potential patients of CVS. The staff at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. i overhead them say some very rude and disconcerting remarks about the customers in the drive through. They were busy and I supposed backed up on filling scripts, but when i dropped off i was told it would be ready an hour from then. came back and was told to come back tomorrow by another staff member who kept saying they got slammed and she had no clue really when it would be ready. I understand things get busy. what would have been better is to be told a realistic time it would be ready from the get go. I had major surgery and was in a lot of pain. my script was only a dozen tablets with no refills. usually there is protocol when a patient has been through a surgery and is expected to have quite a lot of pain, that they can take 5 mins to count the tablets into the bottle and issue it the same day. but nope. all i heard was excuses from unprofessional staff that behaved like bratty kids to be frank. I will go to any other pharmacy but this one in the future. Only went because it was closest to my house.

This CVS is horrible! I switched my prescriptions to another pharmacy because they took 3 days to fill them. When I called to see why they weren't filled, they were either very rude to me or hung up on me. This is unacceptable!

Don't even bother with this place if you need anything from the Pharmacy, they are always backed-up and short handed. They've been too busy to give me a flu shot 3 different times this year, not very nice about it either. Maybe they should take down all of the no-cost flu shot posters!

Attended the Black Swamp Festival last night and was appalled watching CVS tow cars in their lot. Who knows if people were parked there for the festival or not, or perhaps they walked over there after purchasing something from this pathetic drug company, but I just wonder where their community spirit was at this time of celebration. I, myself, won't shop at CVS again because of their actions during this festival. The manager and employees should be ashamed of themselves.
