“Every time I've gone to Valvoline to get an oil change, air in my tires or other services, I'm always greeted with a positive, happy to serve you associate. All team members are that - team members and they're there to do the job, do it right and answer any questions I have. Also, they are not so ooccupied with the task that they can not take the time to understand any other vehicle issues I have and even lend a ear to other communications I might express. I can honestly say I have always received Awesome service. To whom it may concern keep up the great training and positive motivation with all your team members. I can not Thank everyone there enough.”

“I was 27 around 1980 when we moved to BG with old tires on everything we drove. Everyone told me to go to Specks for a tire repair and that was the day I met Bruce and Terry. Best experience of my life. Like family.
Money is now scarce again in my 70's so back to Specks for a repair.
I sat in the waiting room by myself and heard Bruce talking to customers in person and on the phone just like they were family.....just like back in 1980 when I first visited Specks Tire.
I did start to tear up seeing how much the three of us have aged in almost 50 years. Come on..we have!!.. ha.
So my review of Specks Tires is this business is the best place for Tire Sales and Service. Thanks for the memories Terry and Bruce and I will be back soon.”
