Consistent courtesy, prompt service and guaranteed satisfaction! Upon arrival for a stuck-key in ignition issue, Don and an awesome technician (sorry I missed his name) listened intently me, observed demonstration of problem and within a day identified and resolved issue! *note that Thayer techs identified and fixed previous electronic issue with this GMC Canyon when original dealership couldn't after eight (8) weeks and three attempts! (ThanksTricia!). Impeccable support, customer service. Tim provided courtesy ride home during repair; thanks for the assist. Thanks once again to the entire Thayer Chevrolet "team!" The "brain" of my 2018 Chevy Suburban went out. I called Tricia at Thayer Chevy Service. She walked me through a few things over the phone to try as diagnostics, then offered to tow it to them (I used my AAA to tow it). Once there, the mechanics could not even pull the codes from the truck "brain" it was deader than a door nail. Tricia ordered the part quickly, gave me a Silverado as a loaner, fixed my Suburban and it ended up being a little cheaper than the estimate. Tricia kept me up to date on the progress and got things all done quickly, professionally and courteously!! A great experience from start to finish! I would highly recommend!!
