I received a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation, so I scheduled an appointment. After arriving I was back on the road in less than an hour, with no sales pressure to buy an air filter, fuel filter, or anything else. The price on the coupon was the price I paid. Can't beat that!

Even by car dealership standards, these are the most incompetent, dishonest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid Dave for sure...acts really nice till he gets your money, then gets straight up nasty. They lie about repairs, they try to get you to sign stuff without even telling you what you're signing, then catch an attitude when you tell them you need to know what you're agreeing to. They don't seem to have a clue what they're doing as far as processing paperwork. They said they were running my credit a max of 3 tines, even though my credit report shows that they ran it exactly 7 times. How do you let someone drive off with a vehicle without even having all of the info needed to process a loan? They take no accountability for any of their screwups. If I could go back in time and never deal with these people, I would, but now I'm stuck with a car I can't trust for the next 5 years, or until it dies on me
UPDATE: Two months later and they're calling me to tell me they messed up some paperwork and think I should have to drive down there to sign something. There was not a single part of this process that was done competently or correctly

I bought a used truck from Thayer Ford. I asked the service advisor if they could align the front end and get it back to factory specs. Well, Kevin, the service advisor decided that they were going to do it their way. Not only did they not get the alignment back into factory specs, but they never bothered to set the steering wheel straight. It’s like riding a bicycle down the street with crooked handlebars. I guess close is good enough for them.
